With a reputation for fostering career growth and development, HVMG embraces the philosophy that successful career paths can start anywhere within the organization. The company prides itself on a warm, inclusive atmosphere that empowers associates to take control of their destiny, providing opportunities for advancement from entry-level positions to senior executive roles. This commitment to the workforce is reflected in their core values and daily operations, making HVMG an exemplary place to work in the hospitality industry.

We are currently seeking a part-time Restaurant Server for a seasonal period from August 1, 2026, through January 1, 2027. This role is a key part of our food and beverage team, tasked with ensuring guests receive exceptional service and have an enjoyable dining experience. The position demands strong communication skills, attentiveness, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Candidates must be guest-focused, passionate about hospitality, and able to maintain a positive attitude throughout their shifts.

As a Restaurant Server, responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, managing dining reservations, and coordinating seating arrangements to optimize the dining room flow. Servers will take orders, deliver food and beverages, handle guest inquiries, and provide detailed information about menu items and specials. Beyond just service delivery, the role requires processing payments accurately, supporting room service orders, and maintaining adherence to company policies regarding cash handling and age verification for alcohol service.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a restaurant environment with exposure to varying conditions such as moderate noise and wet surfaces. Physical endurance is necessary, as the role requires standing and walking for extended periods and occasionally lifting items up to 25 pounds. Successful restaurant servers at HVMG demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask while maintaining a warm, professional demeanor that reflects the company’s culture of excellence.

This position may require flexibility in scheduling, including availability during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. HVMG values open communication about scheduling needs to support work-life balance. In return, associates enjoy comprehensive benefits and career development opportunities, including access to early wage earnings, paid time off, full healthcare coverage, 401(k) plans with employer matching, and exclusive discounts on hotel and dining experiences.

Join HVMG’s team and become part of an organization where every associate’s contribution is valued and rewarded. Elevate your career in the vibrant hospitality industry with a company that supports your professional growth and personal wellbeing.
