This role requires a dedicated individual who will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders, serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and ensuring guests receive courteous and efficient service in line with hotel specifications. The Food and Beverage Server plays a crucial role in maintaining high service standards, contributing to guest satisfaction and the overall success of the hospitality team. The job involves extensive knowledge of the restaurant’s setup, menu offerings, and service protocols, including familiarity with liquor brands, wines, dishes, and departmental policies. You will also support the restaurant by assisting with opening and closing duties, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations, and ensuring all procedures are followed accurately.
