This role requires a dedicated individual who will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders, serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and ensuring guests receive courteous and efficient service in line with hotel specifications. The Food and Beverage Server plays a crucial role in maintaining high service standards, contributing to guest satisfaction and the overall success of the hospitality team. The job involves extensive knowledge of the restaurant’s setup, menu offerings, and service protocols, including familiarity with liquor brands, wines, dishes, and departmental policies. You will also support the restaurant by assisting with opening and closing duties, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations, and ensuring all procedures are followed accurately. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • reliable and punctual
  • able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • able to lift and carry trays and supplies
  • flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to work in various hotel areas if needed
  • ability to follow company policies and procedures
  • strong attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous food service experience in a restaurant or hotel setting
  • knowledge of food and beverage menus, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to use computerized order entry systems
  • customer service and guest relations experience
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • familiarity with hospitality standards and sanitation procedures

Job Duties

  • Take food and beverage orders
