We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Restaurant Servers. This full-time position offers a competitive pay rate of $12.35 per hour plus tips, providing a rewarding opportunity to engage with guests in a dynamic restaurant setting. Restaurant Servers at Concord Hospitality play a crucial role in ensuring that guests receive exceptional dining experiences characterized by excellent service, product knowledge, and a hospitable demeanor. The ideal candidate will be punctual, professional, and attentive to both management’s instructions and guests’ needs, supporting the team-oriented environment. As a server, you will be trained and expected to thoroughly understand the menu, including daily specials, drinks, and allergen information, enabling you to address guest inquiries confidently and accurately.

Your responsibilities include preparing your assigned station before service by ensuring the cleanliness and proper setup of tables, chairs, and necessary condiments. Equipped with essential tools such as a pen, side towel, and corkscrew, you will actively participate in side work and collaborate with teammates through a scatter system to efficiently cover all stations. Taking orders accurately and legibly, you will pre-ring checks with modifiers and seat numbers, maintaining attention to detail. Proper service techniques for food and beverages, including liquor and wine, are essential elements of your role, as is ensuring prompt bussing and resetting of tables throughout the meal service. Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous serving experience in a restaurant environment is advantageous
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • knowledge of food and beverage service standards
  • ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • basic math skills for handling guest checks

Job Duties

  • Report to work on time and in full uniform
  • carry out all reasonable requests by management
  • follow the rules as found in the Concord Hospitality Handbooks
  • check station assigned prior to opening for cleanliness and proper setup
  • have necessary equipment to work including pen, side towel, corkscrew
  • complete all necessary side work assigned
  • attend menu class and taste panel and be aware of daily specials, soups, drinks, and menu items details
  • answer guest questions about menu items and preparation
  • handle floor station assigned and actively participate in scatter system using teamwork
  • take guest orders properly following procedures including legible writing and pre-ringing
  • follow proper service procedures for food, beverages, liquor and wine
  • ensure tables are properly bussed throughout meals
  • bus and reset tables attentively after guests leave
