We value enthusiasm, compassion, and dedication in our team members and are looking for individuals who take pride in exceeding expectations.

The Server position offers both full-time and part-time schedules, with a full-time schedule of 5 days on and 2 days off, working from 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Weekend and holiday availability is required to meet the needs of our community. The pay rate is competitive at $17.00 per hour. In addition to a rewarding work environment, we provide an array of benefits including a 401K plan with a 4% safe harbor match, discounted pricing through Perks at Work, holiday pay including a floating holiday, generous paid time off that rolls over year after year, and comprehensive healthcare options. We also offer financial hardship programs, compassionate leave, paycheck advances, PTO cashout options, and an Employee Assistance Program. To support the onboarding process, a $750 sign-on bonus is available for full-time employees, distributed in installments over six months of employment.

At The Village at The Triangle, our Server role is more than just serving meals—it's about creating a caring and respectful dining experience, ensuring safety, and fostering a sense of community among residents. We are committed to ongoing training and expect our team members to actively participate in in-service sessions and be involved in emergency response efforts.
