We are currently looking for enthusiastic and friendly Servers to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is crucial in enhancing the dining experience for our residents and guests by providing attentive, courteous, and prompt service within our dining room and during community events. Servers at The Crestmoor are not only responsible for meal service but also play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere that fosters comfort and enjoyment for everyone. With a pay rate ranging from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, this position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of seniors.

This position requires availability to work in varied shifts including days and evenings—specifically from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.—with mandatory weekend and holiday shifts as part of the schedule. Candidates will benefit from a comprehensive compensation package including a $2,000 sign-on bonus distributed across milestones in the first year of employment.
