  • Performs guest service in dining room or food outlets
  • prepares hot and cold beverages
  • preps food according to par sheets
  • bussing and washing dishes
  • serving and bartending duties
  • performs barista duties and cash handling
  • ensures opening and closing duties are completed
  • maintains clean and organized workspace
  • engages with guests for satisfaction
  • complies with dress code
  • available for various kitchen tasks
  • assists management in identifying guest issues
  • maintains calm demeanor during high volume
  • makes decisions in the interest of guest satisfaction
