As a Hotel Restaurant Server PM, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience during the evening hours. The responsibilities of the Server PM position go beyond just taking orders and serving food. You will be involved in preparing hot and cold beverages, food preparation based on par sheets, bussing tables, washing dishes, bartending, performing barista duties, and handling cash transactions. Your shift will rotate between serving and counter/barista duties, providing a dynamic work environment. Being proactive and responsive to guest needs is critical, as is maintaining a clean and organized workspace and adhering to the company's operational policies and procedures to ensure safety and security.
