Job Duties
- Greet and thank each guest in an enthusiastic, professional and timely manner
- provide our guests with the information necessary to make a dining or drinking choice by performing a menu tour
- be knowledgeable about the techniques used to prepare our food and drink products
- serve to our guests our food products following all safety procedures
- maintain a clean work area
- responsible for accurate cash and credit transactions
- stock and maintain adequate inventory in designated work station
- 100% compliance with all liquor and health department laws
