Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- able to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- physical ability to stand and walk for up to four hours
- capable of lifting up to 25 pounds safely
- able to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- willingness to wear protective face coverings and gloves during shifts
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- basic math skills for handling payments
Job Duties
- greet guests and make them feel welcome
- provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions
- take and serve food and drink orders accurately
- anticipate and respond to guest needs effectively
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- handle guest payments and process transactions
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service
