We are currently hiring for the position of Restaurant Server. This full-time role pays $12.35 per hour plus tips, providing employees with the opportunity to earn competitive wages in a dynamic, fast-paced restaurant environment. The Restaurant Server position plays a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for guests by delivering attentive and friendly service. Servers are expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism, adhere to Concord Hospitality’s policies and standards as outlined in their handbooks, and work efficiently in a team-based setting.

As a Restaurant Server at Concord Hospitality, you will be responsible for preparing your assigned station, ensuring cleanliness and proper setup, and being fully equipped with necessary tools such as pens, side towels, and corkscrews. You will attend menu classes and tastings to gain in-depth knowledge of daily specials, beverages, wines, and food items, allowing you to confidently answer guest questions and make informed recommendations. The role requires active participation in the floor’s scatter system, working collaboratively with coworkers to provide excellent service across all tables, managing orders accurately and with attention to detail, and following proper procedures for food and beverage service. Your responsibilities also include maintaining tables throughout guests’ meals, ensuring timely bussing and resetting of tables after guests depart, and continually upholding hospitality standards to enhance guest satisfaction.
