We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Restaurant Server to join the Rand Tower team. As a Restaurant Server, you will be the face of the restaurant and play a crucial role in shaping the guests’ experiences. Your daily tasks will include ensuring tables are pristine upon guest arrival, presenting menus, and serving food and beverages with accuracy and a positive attitude. This role requires an individual who can think quickly on their feet, engage guests with warmth and professionalism, and foster meaningful connections.

The server will have the opportunity to prepare the restaurant for service, welcome and guide guests through their culinary journey by describing menu items vividly and accurately taking orders while confirming special requests. A deep knowledge of the menu, including food, wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits, is essential to enhance conversations and elevate the guest experience. Collaboration with other servers and the kitchen/bar staff is critical to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Should any guest concerns arise, you will be responsible for assisting in resolving issues promptly to maintain a positive guest experience. The role culminates with the timely and precise presentation of the bill, ensuring the dining experience ends on a high note.
