Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in serving food and beverage and following proper table service guidelines
- Ability to work autonomously
- Motivated and results-driven
- Thorough knowledge of order of service and proper placement of table settings, food, and beverage
- Thorough knowledge of food, including preparation and culinary terminology
- Ability to interact graciously with the public and handle multiple duties at the same time
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry 35 pounds

Job Duties
- Serve assigned seating section of dining area in a professional and gracious manner
- Utilize thorough knowledge of food, including preparation and culinary terminology, to provide detailed information to customers about menu items
- Leverage knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits, including technical and service procedures
- Interact graciously with the public and handle multiple duties at the same time
- Participate in daily pre-shift meeting
- Adhere to established accounting procedures for all transactions, including all authorized methods of payment, and maintain knowledge of the POS system
- Execute pre-shift, post-shift, and daily and weekly duties as assigned by supervisor
- Fulfill duties that may involve lifting objects such as tables, chairs, and highchairs
- Clean and maintain restaurant and workstation
- Maintain the highest level of hygiene standards including clean uniform and professionally styled hair and nails
- Exercise integrity with scheduling and adhere to shift rules and breaks
- Coordinate holiday, vacation, and time off with management considering the needs of the restaurant
