Job Duties
- set up food and beverage outlets for service
- deliver food and beverage orders to guests
- retrieve dishes and utensils after service
- ensure restaurant service space remains well-stocked
- serve drinks in compliance with company and legal guidelines
- validate customers' IDs and monitor beverage consumption
- follow financial control procedures for cash, vouchers, inventories, and receivables
- clean and sanitize tables, countertops, and floors after each service
