The Server Assistant role at Four Seasons is pivotal in supporting the service staff to ensure an outstanding dining experience for all guests. This role requires attention to detail, anticipation of guest needs, and a proactive approach to assisting servers throughout the meal period. Server Assistants provide crucial support by delivering water, bread, beverages, and other essentials to guests, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, and resetting tables efficiently and quietly to prepare for new guests. As part of this role, candidates will engage in important opening and closing duties, including sidework, station preparation, and buffet breakdowns.
