As part of Bloomin Brands, a family of restaurant concepts, Outback Steakhouse has built a reputation for creating a fun and inclusive workplace where team members, known as Outbackers, can thrive and bring their vibrant personalities to work every day. They take pride in maintaining an environment where both guests and employees feel valued and respected, fostering a culture of respect, support, and career growth.

Outback Steakhouse strives to create what they call an AUSS-SOME experience for their guests by combining delicious food with warm hospitality. The restaurant continuously seeks passionate individuals who want to contribute to that mission by joining their team. This role is a part of that larger vision, emphasizing the importance of teamwork and outstanding service.

The Restaurant Server Assistant plays a critical role in ensuring smooth restaurant operations and a positive guest experience. This position is designed to support the serving staff and help maintain cleanliness and efficiency throughout the dining area. The Assistant will be responsible for bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and generally helping keep the atmosphere clean and welcoming. The position of Restaurant Server Assistant at Outback Steakhouse is more than just a supporting role; it is integral to the overall guest satisfaction and operational success of the restaurant. By maintaining sanitation on tables and floors and assisting wherever needed across the restaurant, the Server Assistant helps set the stage for memorable dining experiences. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have good attention to detail, and are eager to be part of a team that values inclusivity and fun.

Outback Steakhouse offers flexible compensation depending on location, supplemented with tips, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to earn while gaining valuable experience in the hospitality industry. Additionally, working with Outback Steakhouse means having access to a range of employee benefits through Bloomin Brands, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401k retirement plan, and other perks that support employee well-being and financial security.

The company encourages diversity and is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. All individuals, regardless of their background or identity, are encouraged to apply and become part of a vibrant work community. The culture at Outback is geared toward making work enjoyable, fostering career growth, and helping employees stay committed for the long haul.
