The role of the Restaurant Server Assistant is pivotal within IPIC's hospitality team. This hourly position is compensated at $11.00 per hour and focuses on supporting servers by efficiently delivering food and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the restaurant environment. The Restaurant Server Assistant is crucial in ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive, friendly service, and the upkeep of dining areas. Responsibilities include rapid clearing and resetting of tables to accommodate new guests, delivering food promptly to assigned tables or sections, and responding attentively to guest requests while keeping servers and management informed. The individual in this role must actively participate in housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal, restroom cleaning, polishing silverware, and stocking supplies, which collectively help maintain operational excellence.
