The role currently available is that of a 1st shift AM Restaurant Server who is highly motivated and customer-focused. This position is crucial as servers are the face of the restaurant and directly impact the customers’ dining experiences. The responsibilities include ensuring tables are clean and welcoming when guests arrive, presenting menus, and serving food and beverages. The ideal candidate is quick on their feet, engaging, and available to work a flexible schedule — including weekends and early morning shifts starting as early as 6 a.m. This role provides a tremendous opportunity for motivated individuals to grow and learn in a world-class hospitality environment. Responsibilities include preparing the restaurant before service, greeting guests, guiding them through the menu with descriptive selling, accurately taking and confirming orders including special requests, mastering menu details to enhance the guest experience, collaborating with other staff, resolving guest concerns, and finalizing bills with accuracy and timeliness. Candidates are expected to have an engaging and warm personality, descriptive selling skills, 2-4 years of food service experience, knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits, the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences, and excellent communication skills. Compensation ranges from $8.50 to $9.00 per hour, plus tips, commensurate with experience and skill set.
