We are currently seeking friendly and reliable Restaurant Servers to join our team at Relish. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service. As a Restaurant Server, you will be responsible for serving food and beverages to guests in a courteous and timely manner, ensuring satisfaction with every interaction. The position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling to accommodate different lifestyles and availability. Compensation is set at $12 per hour plus gratuity, reflecting the importance of customer interaction and service excellence.

The role encompasses various responsibilities beyond just serving, including preparing beverages for other servers, managing stock, and handling fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes to ensure product quality. You will greet guests warmly, take and document orders efficiently, and operate the point of sale system to process transactions accurately. Adhering to all legal and corporate regulations regarding the service of alcoholic beverages is a critical component of the job. Additionally, you will be entrusted with cash handling duties, requiring attention to detail to ensure proper change is given and all transactions are balanced correctly.

Safety and security are also paramount, as you will be responsible for locking up and storing all beverages, food, and equipment at the end of your shift, as well as securing cash deposits.
