We are currently seeking dedicated and personable individuals to join our team as restaurant servers. This is an hourly position with a competitive wage of $16.90 plus tips, offering a great opportunity for those passionate about hospitality and customer service.\n\nThe role of the restaurant server is integral to our overall guest experience. A server will greet customers promptly upon seating, ensuring a positive first impression. They will share daily specials and provide recommendations to guide customers through our varied menu selections. Taking drink and food orders accurately and efficiently is key, as is inspecting each meal to ensure it meets our standards for quality and presentation before serving it to guests. Servers must maintain clean tables and attend to guests’ additional requests promptly, facilitating an enjoyable dining atmosphere. Additionally, maintaining side station work and ensuring a safe and clean workspace supports the smooth functioning of the restaurant operations. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and a true customer service mindset. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is important to meet our business needs. This position is suited for individuals who thrive in a team environment and are dedicated to delivering great experiences to every guest. Our work environment involves physical activity such as moving around the restaurant, lifting up to 25 pounds when needed, and standing for prolonged periods, so candidates should be prepared for these physical demands. Job Requirements

Ability to work in a standard office environment
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer six to eight hours a day
Occasional standing and walking throughout the workday
Frequent fine motor skills use of hands and fingers for keyboarding typing utilizing a mouse or trackpad writing and operating office equipment
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Occasionally required to stand walk bend reach or carry items
Ability to lift and or move ten to twenty five pounds as needed e g files office supplies
Visual ability to read from a computer screen and printed materials including close visual focus for extended periods and color differentiation
Ability to hear and participate in conversations and meetings use phone and or headset
