Job Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Sufficient education and/or literacy to identify and read product labels and communicate with guests
  • Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without accommodations
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Warm and professional demeanor reflecting company culture

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant or hotel service preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and guest-focused mindset
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Take guest orders in a friendly and attentive manner
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Communicate effectively with guests and restaurant management
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies
  • Assist with setting up and closing the restaurant
  • Report to Restaurant Supervisor or Manager
