Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to learn and passionately communicate Spanish culture and cuisine
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow company, state, and federal regulations
- Capability to handle cash and POS systems accurately
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to carry trays and stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to teamwork and maintaining a positive work attitude

- Knowledge of Spanish cuisine and culture a plus

Job Duties
- Promote and sell Sevilla's culinary delights, unique beverages, and other specials/promotions following the Company's Steps of Service
- Follow the Sevilla Steps of Service specific to the job code
- Use the Opening and Closing Checklists on a daily basis to track completion of opening and closing procedures
- Create the best guest experience and cultivate customer return
- Respond to guests needs or requests in a timely manner
- Follow Food and beverage entry into Aloha policy and procedure at all times
- Evaluate the quality of all items being served and do not serve any food or drinks with substandard quality or presentation
- Oversee the activities of a Busser and ensure they assist and are directed properly
- Run food whenever possible
- Maintain proper table maintenance by removing dirty plates, silverware, cups, and trash
- Assist at the host stand when possible
- Collect funds for payment of all food and beverages served and follow cash handling procedures
- Address routine guest concerns and notify a manager immediately for non-routine concerns
- Maintain all side work and room appearance to the proper standards
- Complete all end of the night side work signed off by a manager before clocking out
- Properly complete check out following best practices
- Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies
- Report any maintenance, security, and safety issues or concerns immediately to a Manager
- Carry a tray at all times
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas and adhere to all daily and weekly cleaning schedules
- Provide great customer service and engage with guests to ensure satisfaction
- For Show Server duties, ensure dinner show is properly set up, tickets are rang into Aloha system, payments processed, social offers redeemed, supplies put away, and steps of service followed
- Complete all assigned training tests and courses
- Maintain a positive work attitude and friendly demeanor
- Adhere to uniform expectations per Sevilla Handbook and uniform policy
- Clock-in and out properly for each work day and breaks
- Take meal periods according to company policy
- Attend and participate in all mandatory staff meetings
- Report any suspicions of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and safety issues immediately to a manager
