Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to commute or relocate to Aventura, FL 33180
availability to work full-time or part-time
prior experience as a server or in a customer service role
capacity to stand and move for extended periods
excellent communication skills
ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure

Job Qualifications

Previous server experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work well under pressure
friendly and approachable demeanor
basic knowledge of Japanese cuisine is a plus
ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Greet customers warmly and promptly
take accurate food and beverage orders
provide detailed menu information and recommendations
deliver orders efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction
handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
