Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year of serving experience preferred
  • must be at least 18 years old (19 in Arkansas)
  • ability to use POS systems accurately
  • excellent communication skills in English
  • valid Food Worker Card if required by local regulations
  • must have professional and courteous demeanor
  • ability to stand and carry trays for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • must be 18 years or older (19 in Arkansas)
  • ability to operate computerized POS systems
  • ability to make change and handle credit card transactions accurately
  • team player capable of working in fast-paced environments
  • valid Food Worker Card if required
  • minimum one year of serving experience preferred
  • effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor
  • physical ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for long periods

Job Duties

  • Greets guests promptly and courteously
  • reviews specials, Club Cantina program, and menu options
  • services food and/or beverages including order-taking, delivery, and clearing
  • maintains service station cleanliness and setup before, during, and after shifts
  • takes and inputs orders accurately into Point of Sale system
  • confirms order accuracy and delivers orders from kitchen to guest efficiently
  • ensures all guest requirements and satisfaction are met during meals
  • provides drink refills and pre-bussing
  • promptly delivers checks and completes transactions
  • complies with all regulations and policies for serving alcoholic beverages
