Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of serving experience preferred
- must be at least 18 years old (19 in Arkansas)
- ability to use POS systems accurately
- excellent communication skills in English
- valid Food Worker Card if required by local regulations
- must have professional and courteous demeanor
- ability to stand and carry trays for extended periods
Job Qualifications

- ability to operate computerized POS systems
- ability to make change and handle credit card transactions accurately
- team player capable of working in fast-paced environments
- valid Food Worker Card if required

- courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor
- physical ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for long periods
Job Duties
- Greets guests promptly and courteously
- reviews specials, Club Cantina program, and menu options
- services food and/or beverages including order-taking, delivery, and clearing
- maintains service station cleanliness and setup before, during, and after shifts
- takes and inputs orders accurately into Point of Sale system
- confirms order accuracy and delivers orders from kitchen to guest efficiently
- ensures all guest requirements and satisfaction are met during meals
- provides drink refills and pre-bussing
- promptly delivers checks and completes transactions
- complies with all regulations and policies for serving alcoholic beverages
