Job Requirements
- high school graduate or equivalent preferred
- must be 18 years of age or older
- valid Food Worker Card required
- prefer a minimum of one year of previous serving experience
- ability to effectively communicate in English verbal and written
- must have a courteous friendly and professional demeanor
- ability to stand walk and carry food trays for prolonged periods

Job Duties
- service of food and/or beverage including order-taking delivery and clearing
- checks station before during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
- greets guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explains specials and promotions
- takes orders and inputs them into Point of Sale system
- retrieves orders from kitchen confirms accuracy and delivers to guests
- ascertains guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
- abides by all state federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests
