- Previous restaurant serving or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to frequently lift and carry trays weighing up to 40 pounds
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events
- Food handler certification or ability to obtain certification required
- TABC certification or ability to obtain certification preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and guide them through food and beverage selections with confidence and enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and communicate special requests clearly to the kitchen and bar teams
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy, quality, and proper presentation
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience, responding promptly to requests and resolving concerns with professionalism
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, ingredients, wine, beer, cocktails, and other beverages to make informed recommendations
- Prepare and process guest checks accurately while handling cash, credit card, and other payment transactions according to company procedures
- Assist with table maintenance by clearing and resetting tables, refilling beverages, and ensuring a clean and inviting dining environment
- Collaborate with food runners, bartenders, hosts, and culinary team members to ensure efficient and exceptional service
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and health regulations
- Support opening, closing, and side work duties to maintain restaurant readiness and operational excellence
