As a Restaurant Server at Embassy Suites Waltham, you will serve as the face of the restaurant, playing a vital role in shaping the guests’ dining journey. Your responsibilities will include preparing the restaurant for service, greeting guests as they arrive, guide them through the menu with descriptive and engaging communication, accurately taking orders including special requests, and ensuring timely and precise billing. You will collaborate closely with other servers, kitchen, and bar staff to deliver seamless service and attend to any guest concerns with professionalism and care. Candidates with 2-4 years of food service experience, along with knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits, are ideal for this role.
