This role is primarily focused on providing outstanding food and beverage services to guests within the hotel or resort setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring guest satisfaction, including taking orders, managing point of service transactions, and maintaining clean and organized dining areas. This position supports the hospitality team by also stepping into roles such as bartending and bussing as needed, particularly during busy periods, thereby requiring flexibility and a comprehensive understanding of food and beverage operations. A key aspect of this role is adherence to established brand and hotel guest service standards, as well as contributing to HHM's sustainability goals through participation in the EarthView program. Safety in the workplace is prioritized, with expectations to follow OSHA guidelines and wear appropriate safety equipment. The role also offers clear growth opportunities, allowing motivated individuals to progress to supervisory and management positions within restaurant and banquet services. - Previous food and beverage experience required or equivalent training
- Knowledge of POS systems

Job Duties
- Take food and beverage orders and place orders in the point of service system
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Set and clear tables in dining areas
- Stock service stations with items such as ice, napkins, or straws
- Pick up orders from food preparation areas and ensure food is prepared accordingly
- Prepare guest check and if appropriate complete payment transaction
- Perform other food and beverage functions such as bartending and bussing in the event of staff shortages or peak periods
- Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction
- Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM's EarthView program
- Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards
- Perform other duties as requested by management
