The Food and Beverage Server position at HHM Hospitality Group is a dynamic role central to enhancing the guest experience in the company’s dining venues. This role requires serving food and beverages to guests with politeness and professionalism while maintaining adherence to HHM’s guest service and sustainability standards. Servers are responsible for taking accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery, and verifying guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. They actively contribute to the smooth operation of dining areas by setting and clearing tables, stocking service stations, and supporting additional food and beverage functions during peak periods or staff shortages.

Candidates in this role will participate in HHM’s EarthView sustainability program, promoting eco-friendly practices aligned with corporate environmental goals. Additionally, the position demands a strong focus on safety, requiring practice of safe work habits, use of protective equipment, and compliance with OSHA and MSDS standards. Job Duties

  • Take food and beverage orders and place orders in the point of service system
  • Ensure overall guest satisfaction
  • Set and clear tables in dining areas
  • Stock service stations with items such as ice, napkins, or straws
  • Pick up orders from food preparation areas and ensure food is prepared accordingly
  • Prepare guest check and if appropriate complete payment transaction
  • Perform other food and beverage functions such as bartending and bussing in the event of staff shortages or peak periods
  • Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction
  • Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM's EarthView program
  • Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards
  • Perform other duties as requested by management
