The role available at The Ritz-Carlton Cleveland is an entry-level Guest Service Expert position within the Food and Beverage & Culinary category. This is a full-time, non-management role with a pay rate of $12.00 per hour and the opportunity to receive tips. The position requires availability for day and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays. The Guest Service Expert is not just responsible for serving food to guests but for creating a memorable and unique overall experience. This includes setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, engaging with guests, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work and storage areas.

Physical activity is an integral part of the role, as it involves standing, sitting, walking for long periods, moving across uneven or slippery surfaces, reading and verifying the menu information, and handling objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance.
