- Previous experience as a server in a restaurant setting is preferred but not always required

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff promptly and accurately
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner, following established service standards
- Monitor guest tables, anticipate needs, and provide proactive service, such as refilling drinks and offering additional items
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with grace and efficiency, escalating issues to management when necessary
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently using the POS system, including handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, server stations, and dining areas
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
- Collaborate effectively with other team members, including kitchen staff, bartenders, and bussers, to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Assist with setting and clearing tables
- Stock service stations with necessary supplies
- Run food and beverage orders to tables as needed
- Assist with training new server staff
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
