Compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations is mandatory to protect both guests and staff, and collaboration with bartenders, hosts, culinary staff, and fellow servers promotes seamless service operations.

The position also demands physical readiness to perform tasks such as standing and walking for extended periods, frequently lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and working under various environmental conditions including exposure to heat, wet floors, and cleaning chemicals. Flexible availability is required to cover mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events based on business needs.

Joining the CSG team means becoming part of a community that values professional growth and recognizes your contributions.
