This full-time, non-management position is based at 100 Carondelet Plaza, Clayton, Missouri, and offers day and evening shifts with preferred weekend and holiday availability. The role is tip eligible and also eligible for other compensation through service charge distribution. As a Guest Service Expert at The Ritz-Carlton, you will be more than just someone who serves food and beverages; you will create an experience that exceeds expectations and leaves lasting impressions. This position demands a high level of initiative and commitment to service, as you interact closely with guests and kitchen staff, ensure the setup and cleanliness of dining and storage areas, and maintain an inviting and professional atmosphere.

The role involves a variety of physical activities including standing, sitting, walking on various surfaces, reading and verifying menus, and performing tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing items weighing less than 50 pounds. It also requires bending, twisting, stretching, and crouching, emphasizing the importance of doing all tasks properly to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations.
