With a long-standing dedication to empowerment and comfort, the organization emphasizes fostering a culture where residents feel cherished and team members are encouraged to grow professionally and personally.

The role of Server at Benedictine plays a vital part in enhancing the overall living experience for seniors residing in their care communities. As a Server, you are not just delivering meals; you are providing an inviting and warm atmosphere that contributes to the health, happiness, and well-being of the residents and their visitors. This position is ideally suited for individuals who enjoy engaging with seniors and are enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service in a dining setting.

Working at Benedictine, Servers are integral to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment. This goes beyond simply serving food—Servers are called upon to communicate effectively and positively with residents, visitors, and fellow associates, ensuring that every interaction contributes to a friendly and respectful atmosphere. The ideal candidate brings energy, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in the senior population, fully embodying Benedictine's core values through their day-to-day responsibilities.

This role operates under a part-time schedule, with a requirement to commit to three shifts per week. The salary range for this position is competitive, between $16.71 and $18.45 per hour, reflecting the organization's appreciation for the crucial role Servers play in the residents' daily lives. Beyond salary, Benedictine offers a comprehensive benefits package that financially and personally supports employees throughout various stages of life. Eligible associates have access to paid time off (PTO), retirement savings plans, medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with education assistance and various voluntary benefits to enhance their overall well-being.

Benedictine is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Affirmative Action (AA), and Veteran-Friendly employer, reinforcing its commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Joining Benedictine means becoming part of a team dedicated to providing extraordinary care with dignity and respect.

If you are ready to bring your smile and passion to a fulfilling role where your efforts directly improve the day-to-day lives of seniors, consider applying to be a Server at Benedictine.
