As a Guest Service Expert at Renaissance Hotels, you play a vital role beyond simply serving food to tables. From setting tables and liaising with the kitchen to interacting dynamically with guests and maintaining clean and organized work and storage areas, your efforts ensure seamless transactions that become part of the guest journey. This role demands adaptability and stamina, as you will be moving frequently—standing, sitting, walking on uneven or sloped surfaces, lifting and carrying objects up to 50 pounds, and performing physical movements such as bending, twisting, and reaching.
