We are currently hiring for the Food and Beverage and Culinary sector at our Charlotte location. This full-time, non-management position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $14.16 to $15.01 and is tip eligible, making it an attractive opportunity for those passionate about providing excellent guest service. The work schedule includes day and evening shifts, as well as weekends, with benefits such as free parking and meals.

As a Guest Service Expert at Renaissance Hotels, you play a vital role beyond simply serving food to tables. Your mission is to create a comprehensive and memorable experience that extends past dining, through proactive service initiatives aimed at guest satisfaction. From setting tables and liaising with the kitchen to interacting dynamically with guests and maintaining clean and organized work and storage areas, your efforts ensure seamless transactions that become part of the guest journey. This role demands adaptability and stamina, as you will be moving frequently—standing, sitting, walking on uneven or sloped surfaces, lifting and carrying objects up to 50 pounds, and performing physical movements such as bending, twisting, and reaching.
