We are currently hiring Servers to work at our restaurants located inside the Minneapolis Airport. This position is hourly, paying $15.97 plus tips, with additional compensation for holidays worked. They greet guests warmly and promptly, carefully take orders using point-of-sale systems, handle cash transactions accurately, and ensure all payments and vouchers are executed correctly.
Servers also handle important preparation tasks including stocking fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables to maintain quality standards. They strictly adhere to all state, federal, and corporate regulations pertaining to alcohol service, especially regarding minors and intoxicated guests, ensuring compliance and maintaining a safe environment for all patrons. Additionally, Servers perform routine cleaning duties to uphold health standards set forth by regulatory agencies and company policies.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to restaurant duties
- must be at least 18 years old
- availability to work flexible shifts including holidays
- compliance with liquor laws and regulations
- good interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of point-of-sale systems

Job Duties
- greet guests in a timely, courteous, and friendly manner
- input orders into register at the point of sale and create a check for each guest
- receive cash from guests, make any change needed, verify validity of charges, record charges, and ensure vouchers are properly executed
- responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily to ensure product quality
- must adhere to all state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests at all times
- perform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards
- other duties as assigned
