The company is currently seeking a Restaurant Server to join their team. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of dining service that Leisure Care communities pride themselves on. The Restaurant Server is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of service from the kitchen to the dining area, delivering food and beverages according to residents’ preferences. This role also involves assisting residents at the salad bar or beverage station when needed, demonstrating professionalism, and having a solid knowledge of menu offerings. Maintaining cleanliness and proper setup of the restaurant to meet residents’ expectations is another important aspect of the position.
