Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Provide detailed information about menu items including ingredients and preparation methods
- Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests from guests
- Handle cash register transactions accurately including processing payments and managing tips
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
