Servers are often the first and last face that guests see during their dining experience, making them essential in setting the tone for an enjoyable visit. A server's friendly smile, proactive attitude, and genuine care significantly impact guests' overall satisfaction and experience. This position requires individuals who enjoy engaging with people, possess a winning personality, and demonstrate a high level of responsibility. The role involves maintaining calmness and professionalism during busy periods, problem-solving to ensure guest satisfaction, monitoring the food and beverage outlet operations, and assisting management in resolving any guest-related issues. Job Duties
