Point 9 Trailside Eatery is a rapidly growing restaurant located right off the Redbud Trail in Andover. Since opening its doors just over a year ago, Point 9 Trailside Eatery has quickly established itself as a beloved dining destination in the community. Point 9 Trailside Eatery is currently seeking experienced Front of House Servers to join its vibrant team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that every guest feels cared for through thoughtful, attentive tableside service. As a server, you will be the face of the restaurant, responsible for greeting guests warmly, accurately taking orders, and anticipating guest needs with empathy and professionalism. Your role will involve prompt delivery of food and beverages, including specialized tableside wine service, to ensure a seamless dining experience. You will be expected to maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining areas by efficiently clearing and resetting tables, restocking service stations, and polishing glassware and utensils. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and the counter team to provide coordinated service. Additionally, adherence to service, safety, and cleanliness standards is critical to protecting both guests and team members. Job Requirements

  • 18 years or older
  • At least 2 years of serving experience
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional communication and appearance

Job Duties

  • Provide thoughtful, tableside service - checking in on guests, taking orders, anticipating needs, and ensuring each guest feels cared for
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately, including tableside wine service
  • Handle guest concerns with empathy, patience, and professionalism
  • Maintain a clean, organized dining area by clearing and resetting tables efficiently
  • Collaborate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and the counter team for smooth, coordinated service
  • Restock service stations, polish glassware and utensils, and ensure supplies are ready before and during shifts
  • Follow established service, safety, and cleanliness standards to protect guests and the team
  • Share your knowledge with new team members and help create a positive, cooperative atmosphere
