We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as servers. This role is available for both full-time and part-time positions, making it a flexible opportunity suited for various schedules. As a server representing the face of our dining room, you will play a crucial role in shaping our guests’ experiences through attentive service and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing your assigned section with efficiency, and providing in-depth knowledge about our food menu and extensive wine and beverage programs. Given the nature of our high-volume steakhouse, the ideal candidate must be able to work well under pressure, maintaining a warm and pleasant demeanor even during the busiest shifts.

Flexibility in working hours is a must, as the position requires availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays to accommodate the dynamic flow of our business. Compensation is based on the minimum wage for tipped employees, with an hourly rate of $5.62 plus tips, within a tip pool system.
