Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous food and beverage experience required or equivalent training
  • Knowledge of point of service systems
  • TIPS certification preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Willingness to work varied shifts including holidays and weekends

Job Duties

  • Take and place food and beverage orders in the point of service system
  • Ensure overall guest satisfaction
  • Set and clear tables in dining areas
  • Stock service stations with items such as ice, napkins, or straws
  • Pick up orders from food preparation areas and ensure food is prepared accordingly
  • Prepare guest check and complete payment transactions
  • Perform other food and beverage functions such as bartending and bussing during staff shortages or peak periods
  • Follow sustainability guidelines and safe work practices
  • Perform additional duties as requested by management
