Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous food and beverage experience required or equivalent training
- Knowledge of point of service systems
- TIPS certification preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to work varied shifts including holidays and weekends
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of point of service (POS) systems
- TIPS certification preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Take and place food and beverage orders in the point of service system
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Set and clear tables in dining areas
- Stock service stations with items such as ice, napkins, or straws
- Pick up orders from food preparation areas and ensure food is prepared accordingly
- Prepare guest check and complete payment transactions
- Perform other food and beverage functions such as bartending and bussing during staff shortages or peak periods
- Follow sustainability guidelines and safe work practices
- Perform additional duties as requested by management
