We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Restaurant Server to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in shaping the guest experience by providing attentive and knowledgeable service from the moment guests arrive until they leave satisfied. As a Restaurant Server, you will engage directly with customers, taking orders accurately, serving meals and drinks promptly, and managing billing with precision. This position also requires assisting with light food preparation and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area to ensure optimum guest satisfaction. A strong focus is placed on understanding the menu in-depth, including preparation methods, ingredients, and potential allergens, allowing you to confidently guide guests through their choices.

In addition to serving duties, you will be responsible for recognizing and handling sensitive situations, such as verifying age for alcohol consumption and managing signs of intoxication with appropriate judgment and communication with management. You will be an ambassador of our brand by promoting daily specials, upselling menu items where appropriate, and encouraging guests to return for future visits. The role involves working closely with the General Manager and FOH Manager, adhering to established service standards and participating actively in marketing and promotional activities.

This role demands excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform tasks such as cleaning, lifting, and walking efficiently. You will need to utilize effective communication skills and teamwork to help create a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our patrons. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a customer service or restaurant server role preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform lifting and cleaning tasks
  • knowledge of food safety and handling practices
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • willingness to learn and adhere to company policies and service standards
  • basic math and cash handling skills
  • ability to manage stressful situations calmly and professionally

Job Duties
