Further flexibility is required to assist with bartending and bussing duties during staffing shortages or peak periods. The associate will actively strive to enhance guest satisfaction scores by delivering personalized service that aligns with HHM's high standards.
As part of the commitment to sustainability, team members will practice safe work habits adhering to MSDS and OSHA standards, wear protective equipment, and consistently follow HHM's EarthView program guidelines. The position demands physical stamina as it involves standing for long hours, walking, pushing, lifting items up to 25 pounds, bending, and reaching.
