This part-time, non-management Food and Beverage position at The Ritz-Carlton New Orleans offers hourly pay of $7.25 and is focused on enhancing the guest experience beyond merely serving food and beverages. The role involves initiative-taking to provide a range of services that improve the guest's overall visit. The selected Expert Guest Service Representative will be responsible for setting tables, communicating with kitchen staff, interacting with guests, serving food and drinks, and maintaining workstation cleanliness and storage areas. This position demands a high standard of professionalism in uniform, personal appearance, and communication. The individual needs to be physically active, comfortable with prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sometimes handling objects up to 50 pounds without assistance, as well as performing necessary movements like bending, reaching, and crouching.
