Job Duties
- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
- set tables according to event type and service standards
- answer guests' questions on menu selections
- communicate with kitchen staff about menu questions, wait times, re-cook orders, and product availability
- communicate meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to kitchen
- record transactions in MICROS system
- check in with guests for satisfaction
- maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, and glass throughout the day
- complete closing duties including restocking items and turning off lights
- present accurate check to guests and process payments
- follow all company safety and security policies
- report accidents and unsafe conditions
- complete safety training and certifications
- maintain uniform and professional personal appearance
- maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- protect company assets
- welcome and acknowledge all guests according to standards
- anticipate and address guests' service needs
