Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- at least 1 year of related work experience
- no supervisory experience required
- ability to follow company safety and security policies
- ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance
- physical stamina for standing and walking extended periods
- ability to lift objects up to 25 pounds unassisted and over 50 pounds with assistance
- strong communication skills
- willingness to perform other reasonable job duties as requested
Job Qualifications

- proficiency in using point-of-sale systems like MICROS
- strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

- physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
- ability to handle guest inquiries and special requests courteously
Job Duties
- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
- set tables according to type of event and service standards
- answer questions on menu selections
- communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, re-cook orders, and product availability
- communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen
- record transactions in MICROS system at time of order
- check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and beverages
- maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, and glassware throughout the day
- complete closing duties including restocking and turning off lights
- present physical and accurate check to guests and process payment
- follow company safety and security policies and report unsafe conditions
- maintain clean and professional appearance
- welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- assist individuals with disabilities
- speak clearly and professionally
- develop positive working relationships and support team goals
- ensure adherence to quality standards
- perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects
- perform other duties as requested by supervisors
