Job Duties

  • Prepare tables by laying out napkins and utensils and replenishing condiments
  • stay informed on current menu choices, specials, and kitchen stock
  • handle table bookings and direct customers to their tables
  • present menus and suggest dishes to guests
  • assist in drink selection and communicate customer needs to kitchen staff
  • maintain proper dining experience by delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, and refilling glasses
  • properly open and pour wine tableside
  • accurately take all forms of payment including cash
  • perform basic cleaning tasks as directed
  • fill in for absent staff as needed
  • assist with special events
  • greet all guests and members warmly
  • adhere to grooming and appearance standards
  • communicate products and services available at the club
