The Restaurant Server position is available on a full-time and part-time basis. The Springs Living provides a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18.50 to $24, depending on experience. This is a non-tipping environment, which allows employees to focus on delivering quality service fueled by passion and professionalism rather than gratuity. Responsibilities include providing attentive 5-star table service, light bartending duties, managing room service requests, ensuring thorough attention to detail, prioritizing hygiene and sanitation standards, and maintaining a sharp knowledge of beer, wine, cocktail, and food menus. An empathetic approach is essential, as employees will be serving a senior population with individual needs and preferences.

Applicants should have at least one year of fine dining experience, possess a professional and positive demeanor, and demonstrate willingness to learn and grow within the company. Wine and alcohol service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
