We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Servers to join our passionate team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our guests receive timely, friendly, and professional service that complements our menu offerings and enhances the overall dining experience. As a Server at Jack Brown's Beer & Burger Joint, you will be the face of our restaurant, engaging directly with guests to take their orders, serve delicious food and crafted beverages, and answer any inquiries regarding our extensive menu. You will collaborate closely with bartenders and kitchen staff to maintain a seamless flow of service during all hours of operation. With an emphasis on customer satisfaction, this position requires individuals who are attentive to detail, can multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a positive attitude even under pressure. Job Requirements

Previous experience as a server in a restaurant environment preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and service orientation
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Familiarity with restaurant POS systems is a plus
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Duties

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and assist with table settings
Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are filled and delivered perfectly
Uphold a positive and professional attitude during busy times
