Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant role preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must adhere to local health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
- Dependable team player with a positive attitude
- Flexible schedule availability including holidays, nights, and weekends
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Able to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 30 lbs
- Must meet any local health regulations regarding food handling
Job Duties
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and acknowledge them during departure
- Utilize proper seating procedures and assist guests with special needs
- Engage in suggestive selling to boost guest checks and meet sales targets
- Accurately take orders and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area to enhance guest satisfaction
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with politeness and efficiency
- Perform side-work including cleaning and restocking as needed
- Handle cash and credit transactions securely and accurately
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
