Job Requirements

- Experience taking orders, serving meals, and handling guest requests is a plus

- TIPS and Food Safety certifications
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and serve beverages such as ice water and coffee upon arrival
- Present menus, suggest dinner courses, recommend wines, and answer questions about food preparation
- Take and relay orders to the kitchen or bar, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Garnish and decorate dishes before serving and occasionally serve directly from platters
- Monitor diners' needs and respond promptly to additional requests or concerns
- Total bills and process payments or direct guests to the cashier as needed
- Replenish supplies and prepare stations for subsequent meals
- Other duties as assigned
