  • TIPS and Food Safety certifications

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and serve beverages such as ice water and coffee upon arrival
  • Present menus, suggest dinner courses, recommend wines, and answer questions about food preparation
  • Take and relay orders to the kitchen or bar, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Garnish and decorate dishes before serving and occasionally serve directly from platters
  • Monitor diners' needs and respond promptly to additional requests or concerns
  • Total bills and process payments or direct guests to the cashier as needed
  • Replenish supplies and prepare stations for subsequent meals
  • Other duties as assigned
